Membership with Vanguard Sports Spectacular is simple, quick and best of all free.  Membership is however limited to teams, leagues, schools and clubs and can not be made to an individual’s name.  Individuals are however invited to take advantage of Vanguard’s web-store with its wide selection of top name products. Membership Terms

• Member organizations agree to handout to each coach and team member (the organization) a team flyer (available on this web site) or equivalent at least once per season. Preview Team Flyer
• Member organizations should “talk-up” the program as they would any other fund raising opportunity.
• Vanguard will make charitable donations to qualified member organizations based on 50% of net profit from sales enacted using your organizations promotion code.
• Donation checks will be mailed each June and January for organizations qualifying for a $25.00 or greater donation.
• You can terminate membership at any time by e-mail or telephone request to Vanguard Sports Spectacular .
• Vanguard reserves the right to terminate inactive accounts after one year or membership by non-qualified organizations at any time.
• By completing the membership process your organization agrees to and accepts these membership terms.
